It isn't always easy to get an appointment, but that is because many others are trying to get appointments too. I decided to check online for appointments on this occasion and there were several. So for my most recent visit it was very easy to get an appointment

I had have not had issues getting an appointment when really needed. The surgery is clean. I have generally felt listened to when i have seen a GP or a nurse. Tgis is really important to me

I got my appointment through pure luck I think on checking online on Sunday as someone cancelled for the Monday. I tried to get appointments the previous week but with working it seems quite impossible without a bit of luck. I had gotten much worse by the time I managed to actually see a doctor.

Appointment availability throughout the day would be good. Rather than having to try to call or get online by 8.30. I work and have children so it’s impossible to get any of these appointments.

When I've had to go to,the surgery, they have all,been really helpful, any problems I've had,with my health, they have been, supportive and have, been great,

I've never been disappointed, with any thing, concerning my health, or well being, they have sorted it,

Had to make on day appointment to establish continuity of care. Previously referred to hospital but was rejected as referral stated bloods were normal . However no better . Told by surgery to make appointment to discuss suggestions made by referral. Managed on day appointment as advanced appointment late in April . At this found I had been re referred as bloods previously taken were abnormal and fitted in with my symptoms!! And my suggestions re possible condition. As a patient feel not getting appropriate information or established care plan due to not being kept correctly informed regarding investigations as same GP not following care through.

Same GP following ongoing patient management, that is reviewing blood results along side presenting symptoms, and follow up to see if symptoms get better or worse. Message from admin staff to have follow up appointment without being able to discuss reason leaving me concerned re condition.
